How long is my lease term?

 We offer leases from 7 to 12 months. Leases under 12 months are subject to a fee.

Are deposit required?

Yes the moves in fees are $75 per applicant $200 administration fee $500 security deposit with approved credit.

Is renter’s insurance required?


When is my rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of the month with a grace period until the 5th of each month with a $75 late fee on the 6th if the rent has not been paid in full.

How Do I Pay My Rent?

You can pay your rent in person via a personal check or certified funds or online through our portal. Online payments paid with a credit card are subject to additional service fees. Paying with a ACH at no additional cost.

What utilities am I responsible for?


What utilities am I responsible for?

Residents are required to pay all utilities, including electricity, cable and internet which you will pay directly to the service provider. Water, sewer and trash are paid each month when paying your rent and are charged at a flat rate fee.

Who is my cable/ internet provider?

AT&T or Comcast.

What if I need maintenance?

You can call the office or you can add work orders through the online portal.

Do the apartments have a washer and dryer?

Yes but only in select units when available.

Do you allow pets?

Yes we are a pet friendly community however breed restrictions do apply. Pet fee $250 nonrefundable per pet plus $25 per month for pet rent. You are required to apply and receive approval through pet screening using the link
